4. Restrictions

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software
Redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Software
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
Use the Software for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual Property

The Software and all associated intellectual property rights remain the property of Patrick Brown. These Terms do not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or logos.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS WITH YOU.
